Pale yellow with hints of green in colour. Intense ripe fruit, peaches, apple, citrus and white flower notes on the nose. Ripe, crisp and fresh with an attractive vein of minerality running the length of the flavours. An intense, dry and clean finish.

Vinification:

The 2014 Stonehenge Chardonnay is produced using grapes grown in one of California's finest hillside vineyards in Santa Lucia Highlands of Monterey County. The wine is fermented 100% in small American oak barrels where malolactic fermentation also takes place.
