Ruby red in colour, showing a bouquet of red fruits such as red currants and raspberries. Easy-drinking Pinot Nero, with a great freshness.

Vinification:

Submerged cup maceration on skins for approximately 30 days. It ages for 18 months between small French oak barrels and big oak casks, followed by a few months in the bottle.

Reviews

An enjoyable Pinto Nero. Loses one star because of the dominance of the red currants, which gave it a bit of a sharp edge, which became more noticeable on day 2 and 3 (even with a vacuum cork in the bottle). Clean, dry finish.
