Straw yellow in colour, with aromas of yellow blossoms, tropical fruits and light mossy notes. It's mellow and enveloping, with flavours nicely matching the nose and long, pleasant finish,

Vinification:

The grapes undergo cold maceration, soft pressing, natural decanting and fermentation at controlled temperatures. A small portion of the must ferments and ages in small French oak barrels.
