Straw yellow in colour, with green hints. Fruity wine with notes of exotic fruits and white peach flowers. Medium bodied, fresh and delicate. It paires well with fish appetizers, fish and white meat-based first courses.

Vinification:

Crushing and destemming of the grapes, followed by soft pressing and fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
