Fresh and fruity, with clear notes of exotic fruits, elegant and delicate floral perfume towards the end. Medium bodied, good structured and full flavoured with good persistence and balance. Almondy aftertaste.

Vinification:

The grapes are hand harvested in the second half of September. Cryomaceration of the pressed grapes followed by soft pressing and fermentation at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tank. The wine remains in tank for 4 months before release.
