This classic and typical Soave has a light straw colour with slight greenish reflections, a delicate flower bouquets with notes of peach, apple, lemon and a typical almond bitter aftertaste. Mineral and savoury palate with a long lasting finish.

Vinification:

Carefully selected grapes are soft pressed and vinified using modern winemaking techniques.
