Straw yellow in colour with greenish highlights of good intensity. The wine is fresh and elegant in aroma with floral and citric notes. The flavours are soft and attractively crisp, perceptibly savoury.

Vinification:

The grapes are immediately pressed after harvest and the must is fermented in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperatures for 14 days.
