Intense and bright straw colour. Mature fruit plays the leading role, with hints of golden delicious apple and banana, followed by a bouquet of yellow flowers. A full flavour, with a light carbonic fizz bringing out a delicate sensation of sugared almond. A sapid finish.

Vinification:

The grapes are picked in the second half of September. At the winery, the grapes are gently pressed and then undergo a slow fermentation process in stainless steel tanks using selected yeasts.
