Straw yellow in colour with green reflexes. Elegant, floral and fruity with aromas of apple, apricot, pear, tropical fruit and hints of almond.

Vinification:

Soft crushing of grapes followed by a fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures for about 20 days. Aging takes place in steel.
