A fleshy, ripe wine with aromas of dried fruits (pineapple, apricot and quince) and notes of creme brulee and honey.

Vinification:

One of the world's most celebrated sweet wines. Produced from grapes dried in the sun. Fermentation takes place in cement vats and barrels with a long maceration. Haut Mayne Sauternes is subsequently aged in oak casks for 21 months.
