A white that is pale, with a fresh bouquet of peach, lemon peel, dried herbs, this wine is complemented with a very refreshing acidity balanced by saline minerality.

Vinification:

Produced exclusively with free-run juice, following brief cryomaceration it is vinified in stainless steel at low temperature and kept on the fine lees until bottling
