Lively ruby red in colour with violet hints, it offers captivating aromas of cherry, sweet spices and licorice on a mineral and earthy background. It shows consistency and intensity in the mouth, with smooth and balanced tannins.

Vinification:

Grapes are harvested by hand between the end of October and beginning of November. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. It matures in large oak casks and small barrels for approximately 18th months followed by 6 months in bottle.
