Typical cherry in colour. Intense, ethereal but delicate on the nose with scents of orange blossom. On the palate the wine is harmonious. Full and generous whilst lightly rounded in body and log softness.

Vinification:

Created by Chiara Soldati, the La Scolca Rosachiara is crafted from a blend of white Cortese grapes (95%) blended with a small amount of Pinot Noir (5%) from the Monferrato vineyards. The wine is fermented traditional with a short period of maceration before fermentation starts with the skins which lends the wine is a pleasant cherry note.
