    1. This website is owned and operated by Eurowines Limited ('Eurowines').
    2. Eurowines offers this website, including all information and services, to you the 'User' subject to your acceptance of our terms and conditions as outlined below and Our 'Privacy Policy'.
    3. We amend these terms from time to time. Every time you wish to use Our site, please check these terms to ensure you understand the terms that apply at that time. We encourage you to read and familiarise yourself with our Terms and Conditions before purchasing from us.
    4. Trade customers, please contact us for separate Terms and Conditions of Sale.
    5. All products available for sale on this site are priced in GBP/£/Pounds Sterling, and prices may be changed at any time, without notice.
    6. By using our site, You confirm that you accept these terms of use and that You agree to comply with them. If You do not agree to these terms, You must not use Our site
    7. We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved. You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from Our site for your personal use and you may draw the attention of others within your organisation to content posted on our site.
    8. Where our site contains links to other sites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your information only. Such links should not be interpreted as approval by Us of those linked websites or information You may obtain from them. We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources.
    9. We do not guarantee that Our site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses.

By breaching this provision, You would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and We will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing what We know about Your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, Your right to use our site will cease immediately.
  2. Definitions
    1. The "Seller" means Eurowines, or "Us" or "We" as the context dictates.
    2. The User , the "Buyer" or "You" or "your" means You, a natural person browsing the website and/or buying the Goods under these terms and conditions.
    3. The "Goods" means the goods which are to be sold under a contract of sale between Us and You.
  3. Age Restriction
    1. It is against the law for anyone under the age of 18 to buy, or attempt to buy, alcohol or for anyone over the age of 18 to attempt to purchase alcohol for any person under the age of 18.
    2. By placing an order with Eurowines, You are confirming that You are over the age of 18 and purchasing for Your personal use.
    3. Eurowines reserve the right to refuse the sale of alcohol to anyone, We believe may be underage.
    4. Our couriers also reserve the right to refuse to deliver goods if they suspect the recipient is not over the age of 18. You may be asked for identification and/or proof of age on delivery.
  4. Formation of Contract
    1. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
    2. Placing an order on our website is treated as an order request and does not create a legally binding contract.
    3. All orders shall be deemed to be an offer by the Buyer to purchase Goods pursuant to these conditions. Acceptance of Goods at delivery shall be deemed conclusive evidence of acceptance of these conditions
    4. A contract is formed only when We have confirmed your order in writing and dispatched Your purchase. We will endeavour to inform You immediately of any shortages of stock which prevents Us from fulfilling your order.
    5. Non-acceptance of an order request may be a result of one of the following:
      1. The product is unavailable.
      2. We were unable to obtain confirmation of your payment.
      3. The identification of a pricing or product description error.
      4. The repeated or fraudulent use of promotion codes.
      5. There is reasonable doubt of age of the purchaser.
    6. If Your order item(s) are unavailable, a refund will be made against any payments or part payments received.
  5. Payment & Pricing
    1. The price charged will be those ruling at the date of dispatch of the Goods.
    2. All prices are quoted in Sterling, duty paid and inclusive of value added tax charged at the rate in.4. All orders are in multiples of a full, unmixed case (unless stated otherwise).
    3. Any order below £300 inclusive of VAT is subject to a delivery charge. We reserve the right to amend the cost of the delivery charge without notice.

    5. If You prefer, You can make a Sterling payment by credit or debit card over the telephone or via bank transfer. Please contact us for details.
  6. Delivery
    1. We aim to process and dispatch your order within 48 hours of written confirmation, and will aim to deliver within 5 working days thereafter (subject to your location.) Working days are Mondays to Fridays (excluding public holidays.)
    2. Time and dates quoted for delivery are estimates only and time is not of the essence.
    3. Delivery takes place when the Goods are delivered to the ground floor entrance of the building of the delivery address You stated in the order
    4. Our delivery partner is fully insured to transport your order.
    5. Our delivery partner will make reasonable multiple attempts at delivery. If You fail to accept delivery or respond to calling cards or email/telephone calls from Our customer service team, the delivery will be returned to Our warehouse. It is Your responsibility to communicate to us if delivery is failing for any reason, We can reasonably address. There may be a charge for re-delivery.
    6. We shall not be liable in any way for any losses, damages or expenses (whether direct, indirect or consequential) suffered by You, due to any delay to, or failure in delivering the Goods and the time of delivery is not of the essence of the contract.
    7. We deliver to all United Kingdom mainland destinations, with the exception of P.O. boxes.
    8. Deliveries to UK non-mainland addresses may be subject to a delivery surcharge. Please contact us for a quotation before completing an order request.
    9. We are unable to deliver outside of the United Kingdom.
  7. Delivery Problems such as short delivery, late Delivery, wrong product delivered or no product delivered
    1. We aim to only confirm orders which we are able to supply. Occasionally, problems occur and We are unable to fulfil all or part of the order
    2. Without prejudice to any other condition hereof if any product shall not be available at Our UK warehouse or should the dispatch or delivery of the whole or any part of the Goods be interrupted, prevented or hindered by any cause or causes whatsoever beyond Our control, We shall be entitled to reject your order and shall refund any payments made by You.
    3. If You receive short delivery or wrong delivery of product(s,) You must inform Us by e-mailing weborders@eurowines.co.uk or calling Our dedicated customer service team, as soon as possible, so We may attempt to resolve the problem.
    4. If Your delivery is later than 30 days after confirmation of the Order, You may cancel the order and receive a full refund.
    5. In the absence of notification to the contrary within 30 days, We shall assume the delivery was problem-free.
  8. Clear Damage in Transit
    1. Goods clearly damaged in transit must be identified on the delivery note or ePod "damaged on arrival." You must then inform Us by e-mailing weborders@eurowines.co.uk or calling Our dedicated customer service team, so that We can rectify the problem. Where it is reasonable to do so, please retain the Goods (including wrappings, cartons etc) for inspection. Alternatively, damaged Goods may be refused and returned with the delivery drive
  9. Cancellation & Refund Policy
    1. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, it is your right to cancel an order from the moment you place it up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods (Cancellation Period).
    2. To cancel your order, advise us in writing by e-mail or by calling Our dedicated Customer Service team. You can contact us on 0870 162 1420 (option 3) or by e-mail at weborders@eurowines.co.uk. Call charges vary according to your network or service provider. Feel free to e-mail us with a contact number and one of the team will call you back. Goods cannot be accepted for return without prior communication from You, so that We can properly manage the return.
    3. Your unwanted Goods should remain unopened and intact, and kept in good condition until collection has been arranged.
    4. We will arrange collection of any unwanted Goods received within the Cancellation Period
    5. Please make the Goods available for collection within 14 days of notice of cancellation, or the right to cancel falls away.
    6. A reasonable collection charge may apply, which will be deducted from your refund
    7. We will reimburse all monies for the returned Goods within 30 days of receipt of returned Goods. Refunds will be made to the payment card provided with your original order.
  10. Quality of Goods

    Save as expressly provided, all warranties and conditions relating to quality, or compliance with description (whether implied by statute or otherwise) are hereby excluded to the extent permitted by law PROVIDED THAT nothing in these conditions shall restrict or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the Selle

  11. Vintage Changes

    Vintage wines are subject to change. When a vintage changes then next available vintage will be supplied.

  12. Miscellaneous

    The contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the parties hereto submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
