A typical example of the Valpolicella style. Easy drinking with soft and spicy tannins and a pleasing length. Garnet red in colour with jammy cherry aromas on the nose and pleasing, well balanced palate with rounded, smooth tannins.

Vinification:

Traditional vinification from fresh grapes handly harvested. Soft pressing and fermentation at controlled temperature.
