Pink wine with ruby hues. The Abel Lepitre Rosé has a subtle and fine bouquet revealing aromas of wild strawberries and of other fine red fruits, with hints of caramel, coffee and tobacco.Elegant and length of flavour with hints of flowers give an added complexity to the blend.

Vinification:

The Abel Lepitre Rosé is made of 100% Pinot Noir, 90% of which is vinified as a white by removing the dark skins, The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats and it undergoes malolactic fermentation. . It stays on the lees for 36 months and it rests for 3 months after its disgorgement.
