Pale straw with green reflections. The nose is clean and expressive, showing citrus (lemon, grapefruit), green apple, and white stone fruit, with subtle floral and herbal undertones. On the palate, it is dry and light- to medium-bodied, with crisp acidity and moderate alcohol. The profile is fresh and fruit-driven, with a clean, refreshing finish and good balance. Designed for early consumption, it performs well as an aperitif and pairs effectively with seafood, salads, and light Mediterranean cuisine.

Vinification:

Grapes undergo gentle pressing with limited skin contact. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks (14–18°C) to retain primary fruit character and freshness. No oak aging is employed. The wine remains on fine lees for a short period to enhance texture and mid-palate weight before stabilization and bottling, emphasizing clarity, vibrancy, and varietal purity.
