Situated between the Pyrenees Mountains and the Mediterranean Shore lies Peyriac de Mer, a picturesque village where for the past 40 years Henri and Monique Fabre have dedicated their passion to producing fine wines. On 30 acres in the Corbières appellation, Grenache, Syrah, Carignan, and Mourvèdre are cultivated, and with them the Fabre family creates a limited production of fine wines, many of which are certified organic. Hints of coral limestone, local herbs, and warm sea breezes are all expressed in their winemaking.
Henri and Monique’s daughter Amandine joined the team after completing her winemaking studies, and is currently working towards producing all wines certified organic.
