An interesting blend of fruit-driven Shiraz and a small percentage of Viognier. The spicy characteristics of Shiraz are complemented by the floral notes of Viognier. Something a little different - a tale of two varietals beautifully married.

Vinification:

Grapes are hand-picked and sorted by hand. Fermentation takes place in 15 000 litre tanks. Wine is matured for 12 months in a combination of 225 litre French and American oak vats.
