Bright yellow in colour. On the nose, aromas of peach, cherry blossom, grapefruit, orange and acacia, with hints of gingerbread spice, vanilla and cocoa bean. Dry, full-bodied and aromatic, it flatters the palate with a soft sensation without lacking freshness. The finish of this youthful white wine from the wine-growing region of Calabria is convincing with a beautiful aftertaste.

Vinification:

After harvesting, the grapes are transported to the press house as quickly as possible. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. At the end of this process, the Greco Bianco Calabria can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months.
