2016 | White Wine
Medium-bodied, with a floral nose and acacia overtones, it’s a light quaffer with lemon citrus zip, a little fleshiness of apricot and persimmon, and the honeydew melon so often found in Grechetto. As in so much of central Italy, volcanic influence in the soil imparts a slight smokiness that darkens the tone and lends a pleasant background to the fruit. Balanced with acidity that keeps everything fresh.
Classification: IGT Lazio | ABV: 13.5% | Closure: Natural Cork
