Red ruby in colour with violet hues. Aromas of roses and red fruits such as black currant, blueberries and sour cherries, with hints of licorice. Full in body, fresh and balanced with lively and elegant tannins.

Vinification:

Grapes are crushed and destemmed, followed by maceration lasting over 20 days in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature of 25° C. During the fermentation process several pumping overs take place. The wine ages in stainless steel tanks and oak barrels for 6 months.
