A clear shimmering ruby red colour, 'Les Aulières' Côtes du Rhône offers aromas of red fruit on the nose. Smooth, fresh and elegant on the palate with harmonious tannins where notes of spice prevail. A medium bodied wine that matches well with cheese, cold and grilled meat dishes.

Vinification:

The Grenache (50%) and Syrah (50%) grapes are handpicked at their optimum level of maturity as parcels from carefully selected vineyards. At the winery, the grapes undergo a long maceration in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures (one month approximately).
