A subtle blend of citrus and exotic fruits on the nose. In the mouth, the wine is fresh and clean, developing on the palate into a full and rounded blend of aromatics and citrus fruit, with spicy overtones. The finish is fresh and full of fruit.

Vinification:

Skin maceration in an INERTIS pneumatic press with protection against oxidation, pressing, cold stabilisation for 10 days, settling out, followed by cold fermentation and maturation on fine lees in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks.
