Assaje IGT Isola dei Nuraghi, Capichera
The colour is of intense ruby red with purple hues. The wine releases a delightful blend of ethereal, heady aromas with hints of black berries, bottled cherries, blackberries, myrtle, spices, eucalyptus, cocoa powder and salty sensations. Rounded, warm and tangy on the palate, with rich, mouth-filling, ripe fruit and finely soft tannins. A characterful wine with a long, lingering finish.

Fermentation in stainless steel vats for 10/18 days and aged 30% in oak and 70% in stainless steel vats. Then, aged in bottle for 4 months.
