A blend of 60% Pinot Noir 30% Pinot Meunier from a from a very cool South facing vineyard in the higher parts of the Piccadilly Valley, producing grapes
with high natural acid and exotic spices. 10% Pinot Gris from a small Lenswood vineyard. Three grapes were fermented separately using a high proportion of
whole bunches, spontaneous fermentation and a gentle extraction to produce a delicate style of wine. Each parcel matured in natural French barriques for 5 months before bottling with no fining or filtration, to be enjoyed young and fresh over the warmer months.
