Grape Varieties : Cabernet Franc | Malbec | Petit Verdot

Vinification: Blend is Petit Verdot (61%), Cabernet Franc (38%) and Malbec (1%). The blend is selected by the winemaker and is dependant on the quality of each varietal. The Petit Verdot of 2013 vintage was stunning, hence this being the predominant varietal in this wine. Cold maceration for 20 to 28 days in stainless steel. Alcoholic fermentation occurs at 28C in new French oak barrels. Ageing in new oak for 16 months in new French 'Toutant' and 'Boutes' barrels. Bottling and lay down for 12 months before release.
