The Rosé wine is obtained from fermenting the grapes from a group of vineyards in the area of 'Piave Rive'. The grapes are collected at medium ripeness in order to preserve acidity. After soft pressing and careful fermentation, the wine is racked and a second fermentation in autoclaves begins to add the sparkle (the Charmat method).
