With origins dating back to Roman times, Mastroberardino have revived the Fiano grape in the province of Avellino. The grapes for this Fiano come from the Manocalzati and Montefalcione Estates, sited on mainly South-East facing slopes at an average of 400 metres a.s.l. The grapes are manually harvested in the first half of October from 15 year old vines. Classic white vinification in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The wine refines for at least 1 month in bottle before release.
