The Costières de Pomerols Co-operative enjoys an enviable position overlooking the ‘Etang de Thau’, a salt water lagoon beside the Mediterranean town of Séte.
Comprising 400 winegrowers the company holds a total of 1,620 hectares including 420 classified as AOC Picpoul de Pinet. The co-operative has over 70,000 HL of temperature controlled modern stainless steel tanks and produces an average of 120 000hl of wine per year. It has ISO 9001 quality certification.
The Guillaume de Guers Picpoul has an upbeat freshness, lemony zing and a subtle floral whiff of ripe, juicy pears. Bone-dry, crisp fruit and zippy acidity in balance.
