Chateau Jean Guillon

A 40-hectare estate located in the heart of the Entre-Deux-Mers in Soussac on clayey-calcareous soil. The Pommier family has been running the estate since 1863. The name reflects the nature of the soil: Real Stone. The blend is 70% Sauvignon, 20% Semillon and 10% Muscadelle grapes, grown using eco-friendly viticulture. The cold maceration before fermentation, enhances the mineral and citrus aromas of the wine, giving it a full bodied yet crisp palate.
